Green Tea is a real enjoyment for fat people to reduce their belly. Two cups of tea a day are recommended, but the important thing is not the quantity but the quality. Choose a good quality of Green Tea preferably for better flavor but especially for it to be provided with all its properties. Many green teas are sold in supermarkets but you can also buy “in bulk” in specialty stores. You can also use it as an equipment for your weight loss.

Green Tea: Attention to frequent Urination.

Some people can drink gallons of tea without side effects other than the many round trips to the bathroom. Others, however, will have heartburn after 2 or 3 cups. Green tea can be enjoyed hot or cold at any time of the day.

Green Tea: Recommendation.

To enjoy the benefits of green tea, it is recommended to drink daily, without milk, at the rate of one to two minimum cups. The tea is less rich in exciting, it can be a problem in the coffee and is generally better tolerated in the digestive tract.

Green tea is drunk in Japan as we consume water here. In fact, green tea can be served during the meal or just to cool off during the day. Drinking several cups of green tea per day is possible, preferably without sugar or milk to avoid extra calories.
